Look beyond the percentage
A high feedback percentage is useful, but review the number of ratings, how recent they are, and whether they relate to selling activity. A small sample can produce an impressive percentage without much history.
Check recency and consistency
Read recent feedback and compare it with older periods. Long inactive gaps, sudden bursts, repeated wording, or a major category change can require more explanation.
Review seller status separately
Feedback score and seller level are not the same. Ask for the current seller status, performance information, open issues, and any restrictions that could affect selling.
Match feedback to the advertised account
Ensure the account name, marketplace, country, score, and evidence are consistent. Request current proof rather than relying on cropped or undated images.
